Helpful answers about cleaning services, booking, pricing, and what to expect in Sacramento, Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, and select surrounding areas.

What's Included

First Time Clean

A First Time Clean is the starting visit for new recurring clients and may also be booked as a one time home cleaning.

It is also the appropriate starting service when the home has gone four weeks or more without regular cleaning.

First Time Clean includes the same core areas as Maintenance Care, with additional time built into the appointment. Service includes kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, reachable surface dusting, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping accessible hard floors, and accessible household wastebaskets.

Accessible baseboards may receive light dusting as part of routine care. More detailed baseboard cleaning is available as an add on.

The additional time included with a First Time Clean does not automatically include optional services or work outside the included scope.

Optional services such as detailed baseboards, ceiling fans, interior windows, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, cabinet interiors, laundry, linen changes, and other available options may be selected separately.

Homes with heavier buildup, excessive clutter, unusually time intensive conditions, or needs outside the included scope may require additional time, review, or a different service option.

After the First Time Clean, weekly or biweekly Maintenance Care may continue on a regular schedule.

For safety, service is not provided in homes with active pest activity or visible or suspected hazardous mold conditions.

Move In and Move Out Cleaning

Move In and Move Out Cleaning is designed for empty or nearly empty homes before moving in, returning keys, listing the home, or preparing the space for the next resident.

Service includes the main areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, reachable surfaces, cabinet and drawer exteriors, empty closet shelving, and accessible baseboards.

Furniture, boxes, personal belongings, loose trash, and debris should be removed before the appointment. Bagging, hauling, and disposal are not included unless arranged in advance.

Optional services such as inside empty cabinets and drawers, inside the oven, inside an empty refrigerator, ceiling fans, interior windows, and sliding door glass may be added when available.

Large built ins, extensive cabinetry, heavier buildup, or construction dust may require additional time or review before service.

For safety, service is not provided in homes with active pest activity or visible or suspected hazardous mold conditions.

Maintenance Care

Maintenance Care is ongoing weekly or biweekly cleaning for homes that are already being regularly maintained.

It is designed to help make routine home upkeep easier on a regular schedule.

Service includes routine care of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces, along with reachable surface dusting, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping accessible hard floors, and accessible household wastebaskets.

Accessible baseboards may receive light dusting as part of routine care. More detailed baseboard cleaning is available as an add on.

Optional services such as detailed baseboards, ceiling fans, interior windows, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, cabinet interiors, laundry, linen changes, and other available options may be selected separately.

Maintenance Care is intended for routine upkeep rather than heavier buildup, move out cleaning, post construction cleaning, or conditions that require additional time.

New recurring clients begin with a First Time Clean before continuing on a weekly or biweekly Maintenance Care schedule.

Recurring Service Frequency

Weekly and biweekly pricing is based on maintaining the selected cleaning frequency.

If a recurring visit is skipped or the schedule extends beyond the selected frequency, the next appointment may be charged at the current regular cleaning rate rather than the recurring discounted rate.

If four weeks or more have passed since the last cleaning, the next visit will be priced as a First Time Clean before recurring service resumes.

For safety, service is not provided in homes with active pest activity or visible or suspected hazardous mold conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS

Our cleaners do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss!

That said, the following are services that we do not provide:

  • We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

  • No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)

  • No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.

  • We are happy to load your dishwasher, but cannot replace dishes in cupboards once complete. We don’t want to break anything.

  • Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.

  • Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery. While our Deep Clean option does include vacuuming furniture, our cleaning professionals have found that guaranteeing the removal of all excessive pet hair from upholstery is too time consuming to be economical, and they are never satisfied with the end result. They will do their best, and we hope our clients will understand the effort taken!

  • Cleaning exterior windows

  • Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.) Again, we will do our best.

  • Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines

  • Cleaning light bulbs

  • Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes

  • Removing excess paint from surfaces

  • Post-construction cleaning. We can provide that service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

  • Heavy-Duty Cleaning.  We can provide this service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

  • Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

  • Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint!

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate service.  Homes not picked up will incur a hourly organization rate of $55 per maid, per hour, before the regular service begins.

Though not required, tips are welcomed and can be paid in cash directly to your cleaning professional.  If you prefer, you can log into your account and add a tip to your booking as well, or contact us and we can add the tip to your account.

A few days before your service, a hold will be placed on the card you used during the booking process. On the day of your service, we will charge the card on file and send you a receipt. *Debit cards are charged the day the service is booked.

You can be home for your service, or you can provide an access code or location of your key. *We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized entry for keys placed under mats or in “hidden” areas.

Some of our clients provide a lock box with a key so that their cleaning professionals simply use that key to enter the home, then place it back in the lock box for the next service.  We recommend the lock box, as you can easily change the access code for any reason.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   *If you plan for someone to be at the home to let us in, but they do not show up within 10mins of the teams arrival, customer will be subject to paying for additional charges accrued while the team waits for access to be provided. Customers will be charged our hourly rate, per cleaner present for the time spent waiting over 10mins up to a maximum of 20 mins at which point the cleaning team may vacate the property.

To account for travel and variations in cleaning times between appointments, we extend a 2-hour arrival window to your cleaning professionals. If they will be later than the arrival window, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements in the event that your service time needs to be adjusted or rescheduled to another day. This is a very rare occurrence, but we want to make sure we have solutions in place should the need arise.
