Move In/Move Out Clean

Whether you’re moving in or out, you can check the cleaning off of your list. We’ll thoroughly clean the house so you can claim the space as your home.

Don’t forget to add  Optional Add on extras to suit your needs (for an additional cost)~ Cleaning of inside the Oven; Inside the Fridge; Inside already empty Cabinets and Drawers, and more!

Please ensure there’s working electricity and water and that there are no other people (movers, carpet cleaner, etc.) working in the space.

Sometimes a closet, room, or an area of a room can get a little out of control and leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to even start. Our Hourly Organization Service will help you get things back in order.  Give us a call or email and we can discuss your needs!

Our cleaners do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss!

 

That said, the following are services that we do not provide:

 

  • We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

 

  • No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)

 

  • No moving vases, hung pictures, or other delicate items.

 

  • We are happy to load your dishwasher, but cannot replace dishes in cupboards once complete. We don’t want to break anything.

 

  • Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using telescopic cleaning tools and a step stool.

 

  • Removing excessive pet hair from upholstery. While our Deep Clean option does include vacuuming furniture, our cleaning professionals have found that guaranteeing the removal of all excessive pet hair from upholstery is too time consuming to be economical, and they are never satisfied with the end result. They will do their best, and we hope our clients will understand the effort taken!

 

  • Cleaning exterior windows

 

  • Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.) Again, we will do our best.

 

  • Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines

 

  • Cleaning light bulbs

 

  • Cleaning rodent/insect infested homes

 

  • Removing excess paint from surfaces

 

  • Post-construction cleaning. We can provide that service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

 

  • Heavy-Duty Cleaning.  We can provide this service, but it does not fall within the parameters of our online booking system and would require an in-person visit to make a quote.

 

  • Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

 

  • Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces. We don’t want to potentially damage your paint!

Trust & Safety

Bookings with us are made via our online booking form, and we take security very seriously. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, which has its own 256 security protocol. Additionally, our system does not store your credit card number, only a token that allows us to charge the card when the service is complete.

Pricing & Policies

Yes, please notify us one of the following ways:

1. Calling our office and speaking to an office member during our regular office hours at least 24 hours before the service date and time .

2. Text our office at least 24 hours before the service date and time (during our regular office hours) and receive a reply to confirm the change.

3. Email our office at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date and time and receive a reply confirming the change.

 

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 5-day window).

MISCELLANEOUS

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate service.  Homes not picked up will incur a hourly organization rate of $55 per maid, per hour, before the regular service begins.

Though not required, tips are welcomed and can be paid in cash directly to your cleaning professional.  If you prefer, you can log into your account and add a tip to your booking as well, or contact us and we can add the tip to your account.

A few days before your service, a hold will be placed on the card you used during the booking process. On the day of your service, we will charge the card on file and send you a receipt. *Debit cards are charged the day the service is booked.

You can be home for your service, or you can provide an access code or location of your key. *We cannot be held responsible for unauthorized entry for keys placed under mats or in “hidden” areas.

Some of our clients provide a lock box with a key so that their cleaning professionals simply use that key to enter the home, then place it back in the lock box for the next service.  We recommend the lock box, as you can easily change the access code for any reason.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   *If you plan for someone to be at the home to let us in, but they do not show up within 10mins of the teams arrival, customer will be subject to paying for additional charges accrued while the team waits for access to be provided. Customers will be charged our hourly rate, per cleaner present for the time spent waiting over 10mins up to a maximum of 20 mins at which point the cleaning team may vacate the property.

 

To account for travel and variations in cleaning times between appointments, we extend a 2-hour arrival window to your cleaning professionals. If they will be later than the arrival window, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements in the event that your service time needs to be adjusted or rescheduled to another day. This is a very rare occurrence, but we want to make sure we have solutions in place should the need arise.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and tools.  We do ask that you provide a vacuum for our use in your home, in order to reduce the spread of allergens.

If you prefer that we use a specific product, please provide the product to us during our visit.
