Move In/Move Out Clean
Whether you’re moving in or out, you can check the cleaning off of your list. We’ll thoroughly clean the house so you can claim the space as your home.
Don’t forget to add Optional Add on extras to suit your needs (for an additional cost)~ Cleaning of inside the Oven; Inside the Fridge; Inside already empty Cabinets and Drawers, and more!
Please ensure there’s working electricity and water and that there are no other people (movers, carpet cleaner, etc.) working in the space.
Living Areas & Bedrooms
- Dust Vents
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe or dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Heavy Dust blinds (note: we do not dust thin metal or plastic blinds due to danger of bending/breaking)
- Wipe Plantation Shutters
- Switch plates and Outlet covers cleaned
- Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
- Wipe down door frames, door facings, and door hinges
- Wipe down window sills
- Vacuum baseboards
- Vacuum or Sweep/Mop
Bathrooms
- Remove cobwebs
- Counters, sinks, showers, bathtubs, fixtures cleaned and disinfected
- Toilets scrubbed, cleaned, and disinfected
- Mirrors cleaned
- Wipe /Vacuum ceiling fans
- Clean light fixtures in place
- Dust blinds and vents
- Exterior of cabinets and drawers cleaned
- Carpeting vacuumed
- Empty trash
- Clean Switch plates and outlet covers
- Doorknobs cleaned and disinfected
- Floors cleaned and disinfected
- Wipe down door frames and door facings
- Wipe down window sills
- Wipe down baseboards
Kitchen
- Dust or wipe vents
- Remove cobwebs
- Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
- Wipe plantation style shutters
- Fridge: clean water catcher, wipe down Top of outside, front, sides, and bottom grill. Hand wipe floor around bottom.
- Sinks, fixtures, counters cleaned and sanitized
- Exterior of appliances cleaned
- Exterior of cabinets and drawers cleaned
- Microwave cleaned, inside and out
- Top, sides, inside of range-top hood cleaned and polished. Soak grease traps.
- Clean Stove top, scrub burners, clean drip pans, and wash knobs
- Stainless steel cleaned, dried, polished
- Empty trashcan/dispose on site
- Clean Switch plates and outlet covers
- Doorknobs cleaned and sanitized
- Check door hinges for dust and remove. Wipe down door frames and door facings.
- Wipe window sills
- Wipe baseboards
- Vacuum Edging to remove debris and dust where baseboard meets carpet
- Sweep or Vacuum/Mop
StairCase Care
- Remove any cobwebs
- Hand wipe posts, both sides of handrails/guard-rails, spindles
- Clean Switch Plates and Outlet Covers
- Spot clean walls
- Vacuum Edging to remove debris and dust where baseboard meets carpet
- Wash baseboards
- Vacuum or Mop Stairs
All Rooms
- Wipe down window sills
- Vents dusted or wiped down
- Blinds heavy dusted (note: we do not heavy dust thin metal or plastic blinds due to danger of bending/breaking)
- Wipe down baseboards, door facings, door frames, spot-clean walls (some marks/stains may need to be painted over)
