Maintenance Care

Maintenance Care is ongoing weekly or biweekly cleaning for homes that are already in a manageable condition.

This service is designed to help your home stay cared for on a regular schedule after the home has been reset or professionally cleaned recently. It is best for homes that need steady upkeep rather than catch up cleaning.

Maintenance Care is not meant for heavy buildup, neglected areas, move out cleaning, post construction cleaning, or homes that need extra time before routine service can begin.

For new recurring clients we highly recommend to start with a Home Reset first. After the Home Reset is complete, Maintenance Care helps keep the home easier to manage moving forward.

Please note: if a home goes 21 days between visits, has heavy dust, pet hair, buildup, or needs extra attention, additional time or a Home Reset may be recommended before Maintenance Care continues.
